What we're looking for in our Dog Walkers/Pack Leaders:
General:
-
Be comfortable walking dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities.

Have a clean and respectable appearance.
-
Able to be bonded (for insurance purposes)
-
Willing and able to be trained on appropriate handling of animals.
-
Be self-motivated and keep a low absence record.

Schedule:
-
Can commit to 4-5 hours during the 10am-4pm time frame Monday through Friday.
-
Can commit to occasional weekends approximately one weekend a month.
-
Can commit to working with us for at least 9 months-1 year.
Physical Demands:
-
Enjoy working outside in all types of weather and willing to work in rain, snow, sleet, or sun.

Be in good physical condition.
-
Handle dogs up to 100 pounds and possibly more then one or two at a time.

Beyond being physically fit, if you are a runner, we offer a running service on certain days.
Communication & Travel Expectations
-
Have the ability to check email throughout the day and keep a daily schedule organized.

Have good cell service and be able to respond to calls and texts within 20 min during business hours 9am-5pm.

Must have a reliable vehicle and a good driving record (Dogs will need to be in your car for Daycare trips).

Additional Stand-Out Traits (these are preferred but not required)

Able to accommodate back up boarding in your home.

Have dog training experience.

Have grooming experience

Able to do overnight sleepovers.
